All terms are per week, per chalet as equipped and described. The chalet may be occupied at 1500hrs unless otherwise advised. If the chalet is not ready at the stated time due to circumstances beyond our control the hirer shall have no claim against the chalet owner or the letting agent. You must vacate your accommodation by 0900hrs on the day of departure, and you will be expected to leave your chalet clean and tidy, with all breakages replaced or paid for. 

A booking deposit of £50.00 is required, per week booked, in order to hold your chalet, with the balance becoming due four weeks before the start of your holiday. 

Please ensure that you have adequate holiday insurance, as the booking deposit of £50.00 per chalet, per week, is non-refundable. 

Refunds of the balance payment will only be given if we are able to re-let the chalet and it will be subject to a £20 administration fee. 

Our aim is to supply a chalet that is comfortable, well equipped and in line with the description and photographs, in order that you are able to enjoy a restful holiday. Should any problems arise, we should be notified immediately so that we are able to correct them. We will not accept any responsibility for problems not notified to us at the time. We reserve the right to enter the chalet to remedy any faults reported to us. 

If your accommodation cannot be provided due to circumstances beyond our control, and we are unable to offer alternative accommodation, then you will be offered a full refund, with no further claim against the owner or the company. 

We are not able to accept bookings from minors. 

Smoking is not permitted inside the chalet. 

Barbecues are not allowed to be used either on the grass or near the chalet. The Site will charge you (as the hirer) for any damage caused. Firepits are not allowed under any circumstances.

Pets are allowed on the understanding that, under no circumstances, must your pet be allowed on the furniture or bedding. Pets are NOT allowed to be left in chalets unattended and are to be exercised under control whilst on site. All “accidents” must be cleared up and put in the bins provided on site. 

Any property left in chalet may be returned, on request, with a minimum charge of £10.00 for post and packaging.
