All chalets are privately owned, they sleep up to 6 people and each is of individual style, decoration and furnishings. The chalets have been designed to give the maximum sun to, and best possible view from, your comfortably furnished living rooms. Each has open plan lounge and dining areas adjoining the kitchens. Electric heating and a colour television is supplied in all chalets. The kitchens are all equipped with an electric cooker, microwave and fridge with everything that you require for a self catering holiday. The bathrooms each have a full size bath with shower over, wash basin and WC.
All chalets have two bedrooms which have a double bed in one room and either twin beds or bunk beds in the second bedroom. Some chalets also have a double put-u-up in the lounge. The chalets have duvets and pillows. You are asked to supply your own bed linen or these can be supplied for hire if required. Chalets are equipped with smoke alarm and fire extinguisher; smoking is not allowed in chalets however you are welcome to smoke outside. 

Pets are very welcome in all chalets at a small additional fee. 

On Arrival
Please collect your chalet keys from the Reception, which is situated fifty metres from the entrance, on the left hand side. Your chalet should be available from 3.00pm on the day of arrival. Should you wish to arrive later than 4.00pm, please inform us so we can make arrangements.

Site Layout
To help you locate your chalet, and to find the nearest car park, please refer to the site plan. Access to the beach, play areas, refuse and drying areas are also shown.

Vehicle Park
Please park your vehicle on one of the car parks or layby at all times. On no account should cars be parked on the grassed areas. This is for the safety of children and for the tidiness of the site in general. The site speed limit is 10mph.

Pets
Please remember to exercise your pets off site, in order that we may keep the grass free from fouling thank you. All fouling must be removed.

There are veterinary surgeries at Acle and Caister.

Post Box
This will be found at the site entrance.

Electricity
This is included in the price of your holiday.

Refrigerator
When vacating your chalet, please switch off refrigerator and leave the door ajar.

Doctor & Dentist
There is a surgery at Hemsby which must be telephoned (01493 730449) before an appointment can be made. It is NOT a walk in surgery. The Dentist operates from the same building and their number is 01493 732433.

On Departure
Please vacate your chalet by 9.00am and return your keys to the reception.
